Certainty of buying
The machines have been checked for defects and wear and tear before we buy them. By means of our Initial Test Certification, it is decided if:

Line I & II: The machine is dispatched to the workshops at Bishop's Frome for an extensive overhauling

Line III: Is dispatched to the workshops at Bishop's Frome/ Tägerwilen for repair.

Line IV: Sold direct from the customers location on account of its good condition - or if on account of a high claim on its price and/or technical defects, dispense with buying the machine. (Often these machines are sold to inexperienced traders/users).

Certainty of refurbishment
Our engineers familiarity, knowledge and experience in the repair of Trumpf machines is of great benefit to the certainty of operation.  We know which parts have to be exchanged, which parts need preventative maintenance or repair, also making the appropriate adjustments where necessary, this is so that the new user has machine availability from the start.

Operating a close co-operation between the Severn-Broziat and the manufacturers Trumpf, the technique and technical knowledge is continually updated.  For every machine that has passed through our workshops there is a test certificated issued, modeled on that used by Trumpf themselves in final assembly of new machines.

The machines are made to be visually very good and ready for presentation with the Trumpf test workpiece in our or workshops.
